"Summer Wanderings" is loosely based on a photograph taken by my friend Carol, who spotted a view while out walking her dog just outside our village.  Taken in late summer, the colours of the rosebay willow herb and fading cow parsley really appealed and resulted in a loose, fairly vigorous style.
