Ordering from me is easy.

I prefer the personal touch wherever possible, so please just drop me an email at smileandwavecreations@gmail.com or call me on 07900 274548 to let me know what you want to order.

This is so I can discuss the best way to deliver to you.  For original art, if it is framed or a large box canvas, I'd prefer to hand deliver it to you or have it collected.   If this isn't possible, it might be better to send the picture unframed to avoid breakage in the post.

For payment, I will send you an online invoice or link to pay by debit or credit card and I will then arrange delivery.  I'll stay in contact with you and let you know when you can expect your items to arrive.

For textile items, because they are easier to send by post, you can order through my Etsy store if you prefer, or again, just drop me an email to order the item(s) you would like.

If you would like to commission a piece of original art, or would like to order a print of something that's not listed as being in stock, get in touch so we can talk about your requirements and I can give you an estimate of timescales for delivery.

Delivery costs will apply to all items.  When you order, I'll give you a quote for postage and packing or hand delivery, whichever applies.
